حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سَلَّامُ بْنُ أَبِي مُطِيعٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ دَخَلْتُ عَلَىأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَأَخْرَجَتْ إِلَيَّ شَعَرًا مِنْ شَعْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ مَخْضُوبًا بِالْحِنَّاءِ وَالْكَتَمِ .

عثمان بن موہب کہتے ہیں کہ   میں ام المؤمنین ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ایک بال نکال کر مجھے دکھایا، جو مہندی اور کتم سے رنگا ہوا تھا۔

It was narrated that ‘Uthman bin Mawhab said: “I entered upon Umm Salamah and she brought out for me a hair of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), which was dyed with henna and Katam.”
