حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ الْغَازِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَفَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ بَيْنَ الْجَمَرَاتِ فِي الْحَجَّةِ الَّتِي حَجَّ فِيهَا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَيُّ يَوْمٍ هَذَا؟ ، قَالُوا: يَوْمُ النَّحْرِ، قَالَ: فَأَيُّ بَلَدٍ هَذَا؟ ، قَالُوا: هَذَا بَلَدُ اللَّهِ الْحَرَامُ، قَالَ: فَأَيُّ شَهْرٍ هَذَا؟ ، قَالُوا: شَهْرُ اللَّهِ الْحَرَامُ، قَالَ: هَذَا يَوْمُ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ وَدِمَاؤُكُمْ وَأَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَعْرَاضُكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ، كَحُرْمَةِ هَذَا الْبَلَدِ، فِي هَذَا الشَّهْرِ، فِي هَذَا الْيَوْمِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ؟ ، قَالُوا: نَعَمْ، فَطَفِقَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ اشْهَدْ، ثُمَّ وَدَّعَ النَّاسَ ، فَقَالُوا: هَذِهِ حَجَّةُ الْوَدَاعِ.
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جس سال حج کیا دسویں ذی الحجہ کو جمرات کے درمیان کھڑے ہوئے اور فرمایا: آج کون سا دن ہے ؟ لوگوں نے عرض کیا: یہ یوم النحر ہے، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ کون سا شہر ہے ؟ لوگوں نے عرض کیا: یہ اللہ کا حرمت والا شہر ہے، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ کون سا مہینہ ہے ؟ لوگوں نے عرض کیا: یہ اللہ کا حرمت والا مہینہ ہے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ حج اکبر کا دن ہے، اور تمہارے خون، تمہارے مال، تمہاری عزت و آبرو اسی طرح تم پر حرام ہیں جیسے اس شہر کی حرمت اس مہینے اور اس دن میں ہے ، پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: کیا میں نے ( اللہ کے احکام تم کو ) پہنچا دئیے ہیں ؟ لوگوں نے عرض کیا: جی ہاں، ( آپ نے پہنچا دئیے ) پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم یہ فرمانے لگے: اے اللہ! تو گواہ رہ ، اس کے بعد لوگوں کو رخصت کیا، تو لوگوں نے کہا: یہ حجۃ الوداع یعنی الوداعی حج ہے ۱؎۔
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood, on the Day of Sacrifice, between the Pillars, during the Hajj that he performed. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “What day is this?” They said: “The day of sacrifice.” He said: “What land is this?” They said: “This is the sacred land of Allah.” He said: “What month is this?” They said: “The sacred month of Allah.” He said: “This is the day of the greatest Hajj, and your blood, your wealth and your honor are sacred to you, as sacred as this land, in this month, on this day.” Then he said: “Have I conveyed (the message)?” They said: “Yes.” Then the Prophet (ﷺ) started to say: “O Allah, bear witness.” Then he bade farewell to the people, and they said: “This is the Farewell Pilgrimage.”
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Traveling is a kind of torment, it keeps anyone of you from his sleep, food and drink. When anyone of you has fulfilled the purpose for which he travled, let him hasten to return to his family.”
