حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نَضْلَةَ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالدِّيَةِ عَلَى الْعَاقِلَةِ .
مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فیصلہ فرمایا: دیت عاقلہ ( قاتل اور اس کے خاندان والوں ) کے ذمہ ہے ۔
It was narrated that Mughirah bin Shu'bah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled that the blood money must be paid by the 'Aqilah.”
