حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ صَخْرٍ الْبَيَاضِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمُظَاهِرِ يُوَاقِعُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ، قَالَ: كَفَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ .
سلمہ بن صخر بیاضی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ظہار کرنے والے شخص کے متعلق جو کفارہ کی ادائیگی سے پہلے جماع کر لے فرمایا: اس پر ایک ہی کفارہ ہے ۔
It was narrated from Salamah bin Sakhr Al-Bayedi that: the Prophet (ﷺ) said concerning a man who declared Zihar upon his wife having intercourse with her before compensation: Let him offer one expiation.

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: I divorced my wife when she was menstruating. 'Umar mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah and he said: 'Tell him to take her back until she becomes pure (i.e., her period ends), then she has her period (again), then she becomes pure (again), then if he wishes he may divorce her before having sexual relations with her, and if he wishes he may keep her. This is the waiting period that Allah has enjoined.'
