حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، بِمَعْنَاهُ، وَزَادَ: وَلَا تَنْتَقِبُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْحَرَامُ وَلَا تَلْبَسُ الْقُفَّازَيْنِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: وَقَدْ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ: حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَلَى مَا قَالَ اللَّيْثُ، وَرَوَاهُ مُوسَى بْنُ طَارِقٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَ مَالِكٌ وَ أَيُّوبُ مَوْقُوفًا، وَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بنُ سَعِيدٍ المَدِيِنيُّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، الْمُحْرِمَةُ لَا تَنْتَقِبُ وَلَا تَلْبَسُ الْقُفَّازَيْنِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمَدِينِيُّ شَيْخٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ، لَيْسَ لَهُ كَبِيرُ حَدِيثٍ.
اس سند سے بھی ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے اسی مفہوم کی حدیث مرفوعاً مروی ہے، راوی نے البتہ اتنا اضافہ کیا ہے کہ محرم عورت منہ پر نہ نقاب ڈالے اور نہ دستانے پہنے ۱؎۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: حاتم بن اسماعیل اور یحییٰ بن ایوب نے اس حدیث کو موسی بن عقبہ سے، اور موسیٰ نے نافع سے اسی طرح روایت کیا ہے جیسے لیث نے کہا ہے، اور اسے موسیٰ بن طارق نے موسیٰ بن عقبہ سے ابن عمر پر موقوفاً روایت کیا ہے، اور اسی طرح اسے عبیداللہ بن عمر اور مالک اور ایوب نے بھی موقوفاً روایت کیا ہے، اور ابراہیم بن سعید المدینی نے نافع سے نافع نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے اور ابن عمر نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مرفوعاً روایت کیا ہے کہ محرم عورت نہ تو منہ پر نقاب ڈالے اور نہ دستانے پہنے ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: ابراہیم بن سعید المدینی ایک شیخ ہیں جن کا تعلق اہل مدینہ سے ہے ان سے زیادہ احادیث مروی نہیں، یعنی وہ قلیل الحدیث ہیں۔
This tradition has also been transmitted through a different chain of narrators by Ibn Umar to the same effect. This version adds “A woman in the sacred state (while wearing ihram) should not be veiled or wear gloves. Abu Dawud said This tradition has also been transmitted by Hatim bin Ismail and Yahya bin Ayyub from Musa bin Uqbah from Nafi as reported by al Laith. This has also been narrated by Musa bin Tariq from Musa bin Uqbah as a statement of Ibn Umar (not of the Prophet). Similarly, this tradition has also been transmitted by Ubaid Allah bin Umar, Malik and Ayyub as a statement of Ibn Umar (not of the Prophet). Ibrahim bin Saeed al Madini narrated this tradition from Nafi on the authority of Ibn Umar from the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم A woman in the sacred state (wearing ihram) must not be veiled or wear gloves. Abu Dawud said Ibrahim bin Saeed al Madini is a traditionist of Madina. Not many traditions have been narrated by him.
Narrated Aqra ibn Habib: Ibn Abbas said: Aqra ibn Habis asked the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم saying: Messenger of Allah hajj is to be performed annually or only once? He replied: Only once, and if anyone performs it more often, he performs a supererogatory act. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Abu Sinan is Abu Sinan al-Du'wail. The same has been reported by both Abd al-Jalil bin Humaid and Sulaiman bin Kathir from al-Zuhri. The narrator 'Uqail reported the name Sinan .

Ibn Wahb and Uthman bin Umr narrated from Malik the same words as narrated by al-Qanabi (i. e. omitted the words “from his father”).
