حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَسْمَاءَ الضُّبَعِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيٌّ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، مَوْلَى الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: أَرْدَفَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ خَلْفَهُ. فَأَسَرَّ إِلَيَّ حَدِيثًا لَا أُحَدِّثُ بِهِ أَحَدًا مِنَ النَّاسِ «وَكَانَ أَحَبَّ مَا اسْتَتَرَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِحَاجَتِهِ، هَدَفٌ أَوْ حَائِشُ نَخْلٍ» قَالَ ابْنُ أَسْمَاءَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: «يَعْنِي حَائِطَ نَخْلٍ»
شیبان بن فروخ اور عبداللہ بن محمد بن اسماء ضبعی نے کہا : ہمیں مہدی بن میمون نے حدیث سنائی ، کہا : ہمیں محمد بن عبداللہ بن ابی یعقوب نے حسن بن علی کے آزاد کر دہ غلام حسن بن سعد کے حوالےسے حضرت عبد اللہ بن جعفر رضی اللہ عنہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نےکہا : ایک دفعہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مجھے اپنے پیچھے سوار کر لیا ، پھر مجھے ایک راز کی بات بتائی جو میں کسی شخص کو نہیں بتاؤں گا ، قضائے حاجت کے لیے آپ کی محبوب ترین اوٹ ٹیلایا کھجور کا جھنڈ تھا ۔ ( حدیث کے ایک راوی محمد ) ابن اسماء نے اپنی حدیث میں کہا : حائش نخل سے مراد حائط نخل ’’کھجور کا باغ یا جھنڈ ‘ ‘ ہے ۔
Abdullah b. Ja'far reported: The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) one day made me mount behind him and he confided to me something secret which I would not disclose to anybody; and the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) liked the concealment provided by a lofty place or cluster of dates (while answering the call of nature), Ibn Asma' said in his narration: It implied an enclosure of the date-trees.

A'isha reported: When anyone amongst us was menstruating the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) asked her to tie waist-wrapper daring the time when the menstrual blood profusely flowed and then embraced her; and she ('A'isha) observed: And who amongst you can have control over his desires as the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) had over his desires.
