وحَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ، فَكَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الْمَالِ قَدْرُ مَا يَبْلُغُ قِيمَتَهُ، قُوِّمَ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ، وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ
جریر بن حازم نے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کے مولیٰ نافع سے ، انہوں نے حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " جس نے کسی ( مشترکہ ) غلام ( کی ملکیت میں ) سے اپنا حصہ آزاد کیا اور اس کے پاس اتنی مقدار میں مال ہے جو اس کی قیمت کو پہنچتا ہے ، تو اس کی منصفانہ قیمت لگائی جائے گی ( اور شریک کو اس کا حصہ ادا کر کے غلام اس کی طرف سے آزاد کیا جائے گا ۔ ) ورنہ وہ جتنا آزاد ہو چکا تھا اتنا ہی آزاد رہے گا
Abdullah b. 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: He who gives up his share in a slave, and he has money enough to meet the full price, a fair price for him should be fixed; otherwise be has emancipated him to the extent that he has emancipated.
