وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ غَزْوَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي نُعْمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بِالزِّنَا، يُقَامُ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ

  عبداللہ بن نمیر نے کہا : ہمیں فضیل بن غزوان نے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے کہا : میں نے عبدالرحمان بن ابی نعم سے سنا ( کہا : ) مجھے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے کہا : ابوالقاسم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " جس نے اپنے غلام پر زنا کی تہمت لگائی اسے قیامت کے دن حد لگائی جائے گی ، الا یہ کہ وہ ( غلام ) ویسا ہو جیسا اس نے کہا ہے

Abu Huraira reported that Abu'l-Qasim (one of the names of Allah's Messenger [may peace be upon him]) said: He who accused his slave of adultery, punishment would be imposed upon him on the Day of Resurrection, except in case the accusation was as he had said.

Umar) reported that Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) found, Umar b. al-Khattab amongst the riders and he was taking oath by his father Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) called them (saying) ; Our Allah, the Exated and Majestic, has forbidden you that you take oath by your father. He who bag to take an oath, he must take it by Allah or keep quiet.

Ibn 'Umar heard Allah's Messenger ( ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌ ) as saying: He who has to take an oath, he must not take oath but by Allah. The Quraish used to take oath by their fathers. So he (the Holy Prophet) said: Do not take oath by your fathers.
