دَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ: هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا، وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَاللهِ لَأَنْ يَلَجَّ أَحَدُكُمْ بِيَمِينِهِ فِي أَهْلِهِ، آثَمُ لَهُ عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ أَنْ يُعْطِيَ كَفَّارَتَهُ الَّتِي فَرَضَ اللهُ
ہمام بن منبہ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : یہ احادیث ہیں جو ہمیں حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کیں ، پھر انہوں نے چند احادیث بیان کیں ، ان میں سے یہ تھی : اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " اللہ کی قسم! تم میں سے کسی کا اپنے گھر والوں کے بارے میں اپنی قسم پر اصرار کرنا اس کے لیے اللہ کے ہاں اس سے زیادہ گناہ کا باعث ہے کہ وہ اس قسم کے لیے اللہ کا مقرر کردہ کفارہ دے ۔ " ( اور اسے توڑ کر درست کام کرے اور گھر والوں کو آرام پہنچائے
Hammam b. Munabbih reported: This is what Abu Huraira reported to us from Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ), and he narrated a hadith and (one) of them is that Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: I swear by Allah, it is more sinful in Allah's sight for one of you to persist in an oath regarding his family than payment of its expiation which Allah has imposed upon him (for breaking the oath).
