وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، قَالَ: كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ يَعْلَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ: كُنَّا نُحَاقِلُ بِالْأَرْضِ فَنُكْرِيهَا عَلَى الثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ، ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ
حماد بن زید نے ہمیں ایوب سے خبر دی ، انہوں نے کہا : یعلیٰ بن حکیم نے میری طرف لکھا ، انہوں نے کہا : میں نے سلیمان بن یسار سے سنا ، وہ حضرت رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ سے حدیث بیان کر رہے تھے ، انہوں نے کہا : ہم زمین کو بٹائی پر دیتے اور اسے تہائی اور چوتھائی حصے پر کرائے پر دیتے تھے ۔ ۔ ۔ آگے ابن علیہ کی ( سابقہ ) حدیث کے مانند بیان کیا
Rafi b. Khadij (Allah be pleased with him) reported: We used to give land on rent, and we rented it on one-third or one-fourth share. The rest of the hadith is the same.

Read CompleteAbu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported: Two types of trarisactions have been forbidden (by the Holy Prophet), al-Mlulamasa and al-Munabadha. As far as Mulamasa transaction is concerned, it is that every one of them (the parties entering into transaction) should touch the garment of the other without careful consideration, and al-Munabadha is that every one of them should throw his cloth to the other and one of them should not see the cloth of his friend.
