وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَهَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَيْلِيُّ، قَالَ هَارُونُ: حَدَّثَنَا، وقَالَ أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُرَاوِحٍ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْأَسْلَمِيِّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَجِدُ بِي قُوَّةً عَلَى الصِّيَامِ فِي السَّفَرِ، فَهَلْ عَلَيَّ جُنَاحٌ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «هِيَ رُخْصَةٌ مِنَ اللهِ، فَمَنْ أَخَذَ بِهَا، فَحَسَنٌ وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَصُومَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ» قَالَ هَارُونُ فِي حَدِيثِهِ «هِيَ رُخْصَةٌ» وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ: مِنَ اللهِ
ابو طاہر ، ہارون بن سعید ، ہارون ، ابو طاہر ، ابن وہب ، عمرو بن حارث ، ابی اسود ، عروۃ بن زبیر ، ابی مرواح ، حضرت حمزہ بن عمراسلمی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے عرض کیا اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! میں سفر میں روزے رکھنے کی طاقت ر کھتا ہوں تو کیا مجھ پر کوئی گناہ تو نہیں؟تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ یہ اللہ کی طرف سے ایک رخصت ہے تو جس نے اس رخصت پر عمل کیا تو اس نے اچھاکیا اور جس نے روزہ رکھنا پسند کیا تو اس پر کوئی گناہ نہیں ہارون نے اپنی حدیث میں رخصۃ کا لفظ کہا ہے اور من اللہ کا ذکر نہیں کیا ۔
Hamza b. 'Amr al-Aslami (Allah be pleased with him) said: Messenger of Allah, I find strength in me for fasting on a journey; is there any sin upon me (in doing it)? Thereupon the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: It is a concession from Allah. He who took advantage of it, it is good for him, and he who preferred to observe fast, there is no sin upon him. Harun (one of the narrators) in his narration said: 'lt is a concession, and he made no mention of from Allah .
Narrated Abu Huraira: Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: When it is the month of Ramadan, the gates of mercy are opened, and the gates of Hell are locked and the devils are chained.
